Dispute Resolution – EMRSVE, LDA

Dispute resolution offers consumers an efficient and accessible way to resolve disputes outside of traditional courts. All customers of EMRSVE, LDA, classified as consumers under Law No. 144/2015, who have entered into contracts for the purchase of goods or the provision of services, have the right to refer to official entities for the amicable resolution of conflicts arising from these contracts, without prejudice to recourse to judicial courts.
